Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using the DecorAI mobile apps, the DecorAI Web App at app.decoraihome.com, or this website (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. The Service

DecorAI is an AI interior design app that lets you upload a room photo, choose an interior style, and generate design concepts, furniture inspiration, decor ideas, and before-and-after room makeovers. The Services provide visual inspiration and early-stage planning support.

2. AI-Generated Content & No Professional Advice

Designs produced by DecorAI are AI-generated concepts. They may not reflect exact dimensions, real products, structural feasibility, or building requirements. The Services do not provide architectural, engineering, construction, electrical, plumbing, or other professional advice. For renovations, permits, measurements, and complex projects, consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the room photos and content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process, store, and use Your Content to operate and improve the Services, including sending it to our AI processing providers. You confirm that you have the rights to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services.
• Do not use the Services to violate the rights of others.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our billing partner (RevenueCat). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store before the renewal date. Prices and inclusions may change with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, branding, and design, are owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate third-party providers such as RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI results will be accurate, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI-generated designs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
